I’m Andrey’s wife, a proud mom of two amazing boys and the heart behind the coordination at Andrey’s Events. What started as supporting my husband’s passion has grown into something I truly love and take pride in every single day. My role is all about connection, organization and care. From the moment our clients begin planning, I’m there to guide, support and make sure every detail feels clear, calm and exciting. On the day of the event, I’m the one behind the scenes making sure everything flows seamlessly so that our couples and their families can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

I especially love building relationships with our brides. What begins as planning quickly turns into something more personal - trust, friendship and shared excitement. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a bride relaxed, confident, truly happy knowing everything is well taken care of.

As a mom, I naturally bring patience, warmth and attention to detail into everything I do. I treat every event like it’s my own, because I understand how important these moments are - not just as events, but as memories that last forever.

Being an important part of my bride’s big day is something very special to me and the friendships built throughout the planning process, I cherish most of all.

The Process

From the moment you book day-of coordination, my priority is to make you feel supported, organized and completely at ease throughout the entire journey.

We begin with an initial consultation where I take the time to understand your vision, your priorities & the overall flow of your event. I want to know what matters most to you, what you’re excited about, and even what you may be worried about so I can step in and take that weight off your shoulders. From there, I begin building a clear structure that will guide everything moving forward.

As your event approaches, I work closely with you to finalize timelines, layouts and logistics. I connect with your vendors, review all contracts and details, and make sure everyone is aligned and on the same page. This is where everything starts coming together - turning ideas into a well-organized, seamless plan. You’ll always have open communication with me during this time, whether it’s a quick question, a call or an in-person meeting.

In the final weeks leading up to your event, I take over full coordination of all moving parts. I confirm schedules, create a detailed timeline and make sure every vendor knows exactly where to be and when. My goal is for you to step into your event feeling calm, confident and excited - knowing everything has been thoughtfully prepared.

On the day of your event, I am there from start to finish. I manage setup, oversee vendors, guide the timeline and handle every detail behind the scenes. I coordinate transitions, assist the bridal party and make sure everything flows naturally and beautifully. If anything unexpected arises, I take care of it immediately - so you can stay fully present and enjoy every moment without distraction.

And my role doesn’t end when the event is over. I make sure everything is wrapped up smoothly, assist with final logistics, and ensure nothing is left unresolved. Most importantly, I leave knowing that your day was everything you hoped for and that you were able to experience it fully, without stress.
